I get where the thought is coming from that they have to travel on the road, but so to regular boats. They are towed, typically by a utility type vehicle (SUV, Pickup, etc). I don't think it would be too troublesome to have them travel on the roads personally, but again, that's me.

I feel it would be beneficial for the EMS Captain to function as an EMS Supervisor as well.
Setup in an OR situation like the police supervisor is; they can either be the EMS Supervisor OR the EMS Captain. Not both at the same time.

It seems it is an intermittent issue. It was filling a truck spot, but then I added a truck and it didn't shift to an engine. Although, then later in the night, it functioned just fine as an engine.

It is labels ENG-LAD. However, I've noticed it won't fill the engine requirements on calls.

I would like to second this recommendation. PD Supervisor units in most of the U.S. also function as a patrol unit and will frequently respond and handle calls if the other field units are busy. Alternatively, the supervisor unit could be renamed to something like Police Sergeant and have a patrol f...
