Would like to see the Ability to drop staffing levels at a station so you can stress staffing to match realistic levels when you want to

You can kinda do that now. Each unit with more than 2 staff allows for 1 person to be missing. The trick would be sending 2 or less staffed units first then those with more.
Example: Station with 10 staff
2 Ems = 4 staff
1 tankers = 2 staff
1 Rescue Captain = 1 staff
1 Engine = 4 staff but can run calls with only 3
