Just delete support posts instead of addressing them?

Post by tezzward » Dec 27th, '17, 12:09

I posted about the in game purchased boosters not doing what they're advertised to do. At least 1 other person stated they had the same problem, and in game, it's mentioned often.

The post was deleted rather than being addressed. Even an apology and a "we're working on it" would have been nice, since real world money is spent on notes to purchase those boosters. Deleting it so that no one else sees it is kind of a slap in the face.

I think I remember this post and it was determined that it was due to the fact you can only stack 10 missions without completing them. So if you buy the boost to gain missions you need to complete some in order to keep getting the most out of your boost you can not just stack all the calls from the boost.
