Restore Purchases

Hello Dial 911,
I had gotten up to level 9 when I first started playing yesterday. Yesterday evening, I bought the 500 Note pack for $7.99. A couple hours later my son wanted to play. He asked if he could restart and change to a different city, so me thinking my purchase would just reset itself as well I allowed him to do so. Well unfortunately, come to find out that once you spend the notes, they're gone, regardless if you reset. So I was just wondering if we can get those 500 notes loaded back into our game. We won't restart the game ever again, ill tell you that much. lol But we love the game and I think we will continue to play it a leave good feedback if you grant us this pass.
