Mission / Glitch???

Hello. For unknown reasons, I received a new mission the last 24 hours, in the middle of Pennsylvania (US). I'm currently setup in NYC, NY area. I use to be setup in the PA area; however it's been more than 90 days ago and I have restarted the game tons of times.
I use PC and Android. I use both daily.
Nickname in the game: FIRE ENGINE 99
About how much building: Close to 75, if not more.
