Vibration Bug

Smartphone or tablet model:
Iphone 6 - IOS 11.3.1
Nickname in the game:
Jackthehack21
About how much building:
7 buildings (all departments)
Your current level:
lvl 26
Details about your bug:
When you start/restart the Diall 911 app it should have vibrations on as you can see in settings it’s on however it does not vibrate at all, you must turn it off then back on to actually activate it. No specific level this happened I’m on the 2.14 app and had it the whole time.
