For 150000 coins I would like to see the EMS station come with at least 1 EMS unit and staff for it like you get the one engine and staff building a fire station. 7 hours to build station then 12 hours to expand cloak room and apparatus garage. Then hiring, expand cloakroom again and hire again adds up to a lot of time before using your EMS station.

It is a pain. However I can suggest using Fire EMS to serve your EMS stations while you wait for the cloakroom, garage and staff to complete.

I run 4 EMS stations and a EMS central, only have a few EMS Units, mostly supervisors. I have roughly 1 Fire EMS at each Fire Station.
