Unable to purchase more EMS vehicles

I was wondering why i can not purchase more EMS vehicles? :? :?

The number of vehicles you can buy is unlimited, I do not understand the problem you have..

With the ems unit, you must have the staff purchased and in place prior to buying the unit. This only applies to the EMS in the ems buildings (hospitals) and not the fire ems
