As of now there is no patrol option for that extension.

Maybe we can implement to where other alliance members can see who owns which stations and also the vehicles they have in them. Helps to know where others should start creating units. Also, having the option to toggle on and off alliance members stations but still being able to see alliance missions...

Mainly just for preference. My town I live in has a Hazmat Truck, but then also has an auxiliary following to provide additional equipment and man power.
