I'd recommend 2 staff per vehicle and make avaliable as part of normal police but only available after direction level 8 and player level 25. Cost of unit would be say 40k. That function could be added to rescue captain but don't think it should be as they are different specialists

It would be good to put EMS Supervisor and Captain in Fire stations but really if you set up well you can easily cover with EMS buildings. The ems stations act more as hospitals now so I wouldnt work the same as just being able to transfer one to a fire station It would be perfectly fine to have em...
