Would it be possible that instead of having to purchase one additional new space per time, to have a kind of scroller or space to type in how many spaces for vehicles we would like to buy in a building? For example, if I want to add 5 police cars to a station, I can select 5 spaces or type in 5 instead of having to purchase and wait 12 hours for one space.

Kind of. But instead of pre-selected amounts, we type in the exact amount we need. Same system should be implemented for staff so I can purchase the exact amount.
