There is no such thing as a “purple K” unit. Purple k is a type of chemical extinguisher used for kitchen fires. In a structure fire apparatus will use water, class a, or class b foam as necessary

Foam units are good for airplane, or fires relating to a fuel source like gas, diesel, oil, etc.

The mobile command post is the field comms unit in most departments/agencies.

Usually Rescues/special hazards will handle collapse situations, trench rescues, etc requiring specially trained personnel

I’m all on board for a scuba/marine rescue and decon units to go with the hazmat units!

I propose to create other vehicles with a specialty reserved for these vehicles (for example RAC, Rescue), whatever the name you would give it, it is a suggestion to have more vehicle.
