One of my EMS units is in the garage (code 1) but it will not allow me to dispatch it. It says the EMS Station does not have the staff to send it out, however it is fully staffed. Whats the issue?

I recommend logging out and back in. This most of the time will help. Also, I’ve noticed staffing issues with the breakdowns that may be the cause.
