Do they exist in the game ? That's what I'm trying to implement.

The units are simply EMS with no indication of ALS or BLS. Calls do not need those type of specifications. You would have the option to rename the units if you wish.

If you have the EMS extension for the Fire Department, you should be able to transfer units between EMS and Fire stations. Tried that today didn’t like it.
