I got kicked off of my account and can’t get in

I had just logged into my account after a while of not playing. I tried to get back into and then I got kicked off saying bad connection. I tried to log back in since usually my username stays there but a new one came up. I cant remember my username but I do know my password. I made a new account so that I could post this. Is there any option to get my old account back?

I just tried an account recovery thing and its says my email is invalid when I know that is the email I used

I tried to login to the app with my new account and that one doesn’t work either. Is it just my device or?

I tried that and it doesn’t work. I tried with my new account as well and that didn’t work
