are accounts universal across multiple devices

Are we supposed to be able to log in using any device? I tried to log into my PC with an account I created on my IOS and received an unauthorized connection. just wondering if the accounts are supposed to be universal.

I have used my account on PC and my IPhone, check your WiFi connection, that could be the source of your problem. Also make sure you’re typing in your username and password correctly.

Did you create the account on your iPhone then switch to pc? I’m using the same home wifi to connect and tried several time so I’m pretty sure I got the username and password right
