New units

MIRV (Major Incident Response Vehicle)
basically an ambulance bus. Can transport 10-30 people at once. Used on MCI’s, major events, and long incidents for rehab.
Staffing:1
Icon: bus

USAR truck (Urban Search And Rescue)
Has equipment to stabilize buildings, and responds to major Desasters and can do almost any job at those Desasters. Responds to building collapses, terror attacks, etc.
Staffing:8
Icon: semi truck

EMS Squad unit
Small pick up truck or van used as a fast response vehicle by the fire department to medical emergency’s. Doesn’t carry water on board. Responds to Medical calls
Staffing:2
Icon: van

Water rescue truck
Truck that carries boats, life vests, dry suits, etc. Responds to water rescue calls.
Staffing:4
Icon: same as squad/rescue truck

Also it would be nice if you could edit how many people were in one unit eg. 4 firefighter in the engine instead of 5. And if you could transfer Ems supervisor or MIRV into fire stations

We have a MIRV type unit part of the fire department it's the MCI.

The fire department also has a USAR unit it's the Rescue unit but also we have Squad too

EMS squad for fire department is actually covered as we can have a EMS Ambulance in fire department.

Water rescue is something we have been asking for, still not happened.

I'd leave the staffing as set for each unit, making it editable wouldn't do much just an added feature that's gor limited use as staffing is easy to sort out.

It would be good to put EMS Supervisor and Captain in Fire stations but really if you set up well you can easily cover with EMS buildings.

Oh ok. My idea of the mci unit was more of a truck that carries lots of medical supplies but cannot transport

And usar units are more specialize then the rescue units especially in building collapse.

It would be good to have some sort of unit for patient transport.

USAR is covered in game with the Rescue unit and Squads there would be no real advantage to add another unit to the rescue family that has units already covering it.

Out of interest what level are you?

The ems stations act more as hospitals now so I wouldnt work the same as just being able to transfer one to a fire station

Could you not use a Rescue Captain for an EMS Supervisor?

It would be perfectly fine to have ems supervisor and captain units within fire stations.

The ems stations have always worked as hospitals so would make no difference to them having command units based in fire stations they already have crossover with ems ambulance units

That function could be added to rescue captain but don't think it should be as they are different specialists
