I like the hospital idea they have but I think there should be a separate station for EMS to run out of and just have hospitals in certain areas to take patiences. Maybe each level you go with a hospital the more patiences it can take. To get a lot of EMS calls you have to have so many and 80% Fire calls call for 1 or more EMS units. The way I do it is put stuff where it is in real life we’ll try to. I would like Tower Ladders added, Foam Units, Boats for water rescues even Air and Light trucks would be cool. Got lots of ideas lol
