Hello,
I suggest the extension EMS in the central fire station because firefighters in the United States all have paramedics in their ranks as in the FDNY or even LAFD and in the extension they could have ambulances and supervisor. ;)
I am waiting for your remarks.

They're used on major EMS calls, Cardiac issues, MVA sometimes, stroke, seizure anything that may require extra hands on.
